I have just launched the Horizontes store.

With complete solutions like Nuvemshop, Shopify and the rest, building a store is *very* easy today. The real question is: what about the products?

Pick a niche you actually like. Then check whether dropshipping exists in that niche.

Dropshipping basically lets you manage the whole logistics chain online without doing anything in person, which is perfect for a digital nomad like me.

Here is what you need:

- **Niche**: a product with emotional appeal, high margin and easy shipping.
- **Supplier**: a reliable platform with good lead times and support. I use DePoster for the prints.
- **Store**: a simple, fast page with persuasive copy and a frictionless checkout.
- **Product**: clear appeal, plus images and video that are ready or easy to edit.
- **Brand**: a simple name, a domain, a minimalist logo.
- **Tax and legal**: register as a sole trader (for an unregulated product) and issue invoices, or use an intermediary.
- **Marketing**: ads pointing straight at the product, R$30-50 a day on Meta Ads.
- **Logistics**: the supplier handles shipping; use automatic tracking (envia.com).
- **Support**: WhatsApp Business, basic email, and canned responses.
- **Validation**: three to five profitable sales means the product is validated and ready to scale.

Research markets and execute. There is not really such a thing as a saturated market. Learn paid traffic.
